We arrived late last night and after a 16-hour layover, I reported the next afternoon for the second day of my 3-day trip.

Terminal B opened to much anticipation in June 2020. The 8 billion dollar overhaul is bright and spacious with lots of comfortable seating. The retail space (located right after security) smartly mimics the duty-free stores found in many international airports around the world.

The food hall featured many options, including Green Leaf, a small takeaway cafe that had coconut-based vegan smoothies!

The highlight for me was the floor-to-ceiling fountain that played the iconic “New York, New York” timed with dazzling lights and water show.
